Our scrapers monitor exchange websites daily. When a change is detected (such as a mid-year holiday revision or schedule update), it goes through admin verification. Starter plans receive updates within 48 hours. Professional and Enterprise plans receive same-day updates, with Enterprise customers in the priority queue.

When calendar data changes for an exchange you subscribe to, we send an HMAC-signed HTTP POST to your registered endpoint with details of what changed. This lets you automatically trigger ETRM imports or alert your operations team without polling our API.
